Graduating from University with a degree in Interior Architecture, I began working within Real Estate in surrey, making use of my design and selling skills.

Having completed a year within a declining industry I made a conscious decision to change both my career and lifestyle. I had the motivation to start my own business so when the opportunity arose to franchise from 3DKids, it made perfect sense to go for it.

When I was initially introduced to 3DKids I was pleasantly surprised with the concept but more importantly impressed with the product.

I am looking forward to starting this new chapter in my life…

Being dyslexic as a child, I managed to struggle my way through college and after that, I decided it had to be the commercial world for me! After having more jobs than I care to remember, my destiny was to run my own business. With 20 years of hands on experience of owning business, ranging from mobile phone companies to health spas, my goal was to set up a company that delivered happiness to people across borders, irrespective of age, sex, colour or languages.

As a father of three, I wanted to make this beautiful concept available to all parents around the world for the first time and at a very affordable price. Time passes so fast and from my own experience children grow up so quickly. With our specialized 3 dimensional cameras and engraving equipment, we can now preserve our children's’ images today and for the rest of time

It also became of up most importance to me to ensure I employ good decent people and offer incredible opportunities for budding entrepreneurs to start their own profitable business whilst contributing to a great cause. 3DKids is that company. We are doing just that and look forward to sharing our outstanding future with our clients, parents, children, suppliers, staff and franchisees.

Our crystals are designed to make precious and timeless gifts for all the family, for all season, for all time.

Reza
Operations Director

Having completed his Degree in computing, Reza started his first job with one of the UK`s leading Building Societies working as a systems engineer. He was closely involved with resolving customer IT problems and developing appropriate procedures.

Whilst in this first job, Reza started a year full time MSc. course at Manchester University School of Management, which was funded by his employer. After completing the project part of the course, on establishing Service Level Agreements(SLAs), he then initiated and developed the concept of SLAs through the18 different departments at the head office and the 350 plus branches all over the UK. Reza then experienced working as an Operations Consultant based in the Middle East, for a number of prominent manufacturing companies.

In the eight years prior to joining 3DKids, Reza joined a leading cosmetic company in UK to help establish their new factory producing Sun Care Products. As the Operations Manager, he dealt with all day to day manufacturing requirements, purchasing and the negotiations with the 50 plus different major and multi national suppliers.

After discussing the opportunity at 3DKids with personal friend Darius, he decided to go into partnership and take on the role as Operations Director. With his hugely experienced background in all sectors of operations, Reza is an invaluable asset to the 3DKids team and his wealth of knowledge adds to our ease of manufacturing and ensures that here at 3DKids, we are always striving for perfection with our crystal portraits.

Reza`s ultimate driving force for our operations, is the nature of our 3D crystals produced here at 3DKids. He believes our crystals can and are bringing happiness and satisfaction into every house they touch. He foresees the day when every house in the UK will enjoy the same happiness and enjoyment by permanently capturing their best moments of their life within our 3D crystal portraits.

Mohsen
Head of Photography

Mohsen is the longest serving member with 3DKids having been with us from day one. He has full knowledge of production, editing and photography procedures and this thorough understanding enables him to help keep all branches of the 3DKids operations running smoothly

His role is all encompassing, but most crucially centered on the training of our photographers to ensure that the high standards of 3DKids maintained at all times. With the emerging market that 3DKids has successfully captured, Mohsen envisages his role developing to that of the creation and establishment of our global franchise arm of the business. Being with us from the start and seeing the tremendous effect 3Dkids has already had upon our customers, Mohsen is excited about our 3DKids future and our potential for further development.

Having worked as a nursery manager for a large and respected nursery chain for over 3 years, Jennie joined the 3DKids team after a photo shoot at her nursery. Loving the idea, concept and the future progression of 3DKids, she felt she could bring her strengths from her nursery management experience to us here, by heading up our national sales team.

She firmly believes that within the foreseeable future, our 3D crystal portraits will touch the hearts of parents across the world.

Working with 3DKids is an exciting experience for me and it is a means to gain a vast amount of experience and skills within the company. These skills enable me to confidently talk to clients, deal with queries and offer solutions.

As an AAT my day consists of many different tasks, keeping it interesting and keeping me on my toes. I have regular contact with management, providing them with assistance and keeping them up to date with current financial situations.

My working background was firstly in the travel industry where I worked for both Tour Operators and Airlines, building up a comprehensive experience in Customer Service and Sales. Following that, I combined raising a family of three mischievous girls with some freelance journalism when I could make the time. My youngest daughter is now coming up for two years old and I came across 3D Kids when I was looking for my next challenge! I am photo obsessed myself and I was taken by the novelty of such an original and unique keepsake. Going in to schools and nurseries to show them the crystals is proving so far to be a pleasure and I am very excited about my future with 3D Kids.

I Studied photography at Stockport University and was unsure of my direction once finishing the course. A family member had a crystal produced by 3DKids and she found the product amazing and I started to search for work in that field. I'm a keen photographer who loves working with children and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I also like traveling to different nurseries around the nation and interacting with the staff and children involved. I'm looking forward to working and growing with the company.

He has also provided strategic growth services to senior teams at Manniott, YPO, United and North West Airlines as well as GAP, IWC and Schwab + co.
